All packages ship via USPS. The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days. Please keep in mind that during major holidays this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

Why have you stopped making my favorite scent?
We're sorry to see you disappointed about your favorite scent that had to go but sometimes we can no longer get the oil or oils to make that scent anymore. Let us know your favorite scent and we will help to find you find another scent that's just as spectacular as the one you love.
I have not received my order conformation, What should I do?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive. If you have not receive your order confirmation email after 24 hours, Please contact us at lexiebathbeautysupply@yahoo.com with your inquiry.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, But by setting up an account you become a Lexie Bath and Beauty Supply MVP member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates, specials and promotions in the future.
Can I change my order once I've placed it?
No, Once you place an order it is final.
I've forgotten my password, What should I do?
